2010 911 Turbo

If there’s one car that is consistently beautiful, powerful, functional and down-right-perfect, it’s the Porsche 911 model of sports car. Nothing evokes pure sports car excitement and wonder than the site of seeing one of these bad boys tooling down a boulevard near you.

Next year, well, technically, this year, they’ll be shipping the newest version of the 2010 911 Turbo. For purist and anyone like my good friend, Tim, it’ll be the best all-round 911. While there are several variations, the 911 Turbo is the purist car for every day use, track use and general enjoyment.

With improved performance and efficiency, it’ll prove to be yet another success in the Porsche lineup. Even if you’re not a Porsche aficionado or even car for Porsche, everyone has to admit, they’re a formidable force to be reconned with.

What’s in store? Efficiency and Performance. THE Cornerstone of the 911 Turbo legacy is this combination of efficiency and performance. Displacement has been increased by .2 liters to 3.8 increasing the output to 500hp while decreasing weight making it more fuel efficient, yet THE most powerful 911 to date. With a top speed of nearly 195mph, it’ll be in the hunt for one of the best high-speed performance cars in the lower $100K price range.
